Terms and Conditions shuffle

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and shuffle ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the shuffle platform, including all games, promotions, support services, and content available on shuffle.ml and the shuffle mobile app.

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined herein:

• "Platform" refers to the shuffle.ml website, the shuffle mobile app, and all services provided by shuffle.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a User on the shuffle Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any funds deposited, won, or allocated within a User's account.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or any other promotional offer granted by shuffle to Users.
• "Wagering" (wagering requirement) refers to the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the mandatory identity verification process that every User is required to complete.

To register and use the shuffle platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• Not a citizen or resident of any territory where online gambling is completely prohibited by local law.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion list or recognized gambling prohibition list.
• Register an account in your own name — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Shuffle reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Users who fail to submit the required documents within the specified period may face temporary restrictions or account closure.

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on shuffle at all times. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or financial information is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Registration Details

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Shuffle conducts a thorough KYC process to protect all members from fraud and money laundering. Documents that may be required during the KYC process include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Any additional documents requested by the shuffle verification team

Withdrawals exceeding the set limit will require full completion of the KYC process. shuffle reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

Shuffle supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and various other digital payment methods integrated with our platform.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit limit is as stated on your account's deposit page.
• All deposits are processed in real time or within no more than 30 minutes.
• Shuffle does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the platform — transfers to other users are not permitted.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for users who have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy.
• The minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated in your account settings.
• Shuffle reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity are detected.

Shuffle offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once only per account, unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Bonus funds and real cash are held separately in your account — withdrawals can only be made from your eligible cash balance.
• Shuffle reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or system abuse.
• In the event of a discrepancy between any displayed offer and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement (e.g. 30x) means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times over before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. All wagering requirements must be met within the specified time frame, or the bonus will expire automatically.

All games on shuffle use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by internationally accredited certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone, including shuffle itself.

• Users are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, or other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to shuffle — winnings obtained through bugs will not be paid out.
• Shuffle reserves the right to void and declare invalid any wager suspected of involving fraud or significant technical error.
• Game results recorded by shuffle's servers are final and cannot be disputed.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing — shuffle is not liable for losses resulting from connection disruptions on the user's end.

Shuffle is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that healthy entertainment requires good self-control and awareness of the risks associated with wagering activities.

The shuffle platform provides the following self-control tools to all members at no charge:

• Deposit Limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposits.
• Loss Limit — limit the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limit — set a session time limit to prevent excessively long play sessions.
• Temporary Break — temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account if required.

Shuffle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of terms, fraud, or illegal activity has occurred. This action may be taken in the following situations:

• Providing false information or manipulated documents during registration or KYC
• Owning more than one active account under the same identity
• Suspected activities related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Use of unauthorized automation software, bots, or collaborative systems to gain an advantage in games
• Systematic abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Threats, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour directed at shuffle support staff

In cases where an account is closed for a legitimate reason (e.g. self-exclusion by the user), any valid cash balance will be returned to the User once the investigation is complete, subject to the deduction of any bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirement.

Shuffle takes our responsibility to protect the privacy and security of every User's personal information seriously. All data collected is subject to the shuffle Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

On the technical security front, shuffle implements the following measures to protect your account and data:

• 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transfers between your browser and our servers
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all accounts
• Continuous account activity monitoring to detect suspicious access
• Password storage using secure hashing — shuffle staff cannot view your password

Shuffle reserves the right to amend, update, or improve any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to Users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or legal compliance requirements.

Continued use of the shuffle platform after the effective date of any terms change is considered acceptance of the updated terms by the User. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all valid remaining funds before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where shuffle operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through an arbitration process mutually agreed upon by both parties.
